~ Changed: made MON_GetIn_NearestVehicles function to require distance parameter too. Refs #9448.
~ Changed: MON_GetIn_NearestCombat function logic to make AI board fist available ground vehicles before choppers. Refs #9448.
~ Changed: added a 20% chance for AI to use choppers instead of ground vehicles (if available). Refs #9448.
~ Changed: made AI group leader only to board commander position or cargo if group size is larger than two (else driver/gunner). Refs #9448.
~ Changed: AI in tanks/air units gets a 'Search and Destroy' instead of a 'Move' waypoint. Refs #9448.
~ Fixed: reduced initial wait to 1/10. In midgame there is a fix one second delay. It makes squads moved out after spawning a lot faster. Refs #9448.
~ Improved: coding of UPSMON to use always up-to-date lists of friends, enemies and friendlyTanks. Refs #9448.
