Getout pos for BMD1's konkurs gunner position too high
The getout point for the konkurs operator's position is several metres above the ground, leading to injury when falling back down. It also appears to have no animation.
Konkurs gunner getout action using same getout point and using same animation as gunner getout action.

Konkurs seat has no* getin memory point* defined. Because of that either a hardcoded position is choosen from the engine or another yet unknown memory point is taken as backup.
Adding a getin animation as well fixes the lack of an animation. Adding an available memory point, e.g pos gunner fixes the too high ejection position.
