AI reaction to nearby explosions/teammate death caused by explosives

Right now, AI doesn't react (change behavior) when a teammate is hit by any kind of explosive charge, or when an explosive charge is detonated close-by.
Not talking about frags of course, but if i already mentioned those - would be also nice to see AI hitting dirt or running away when a frag lands close to them, no matter what side threw
Would be great if you guys could make those dummies react in an appropriate manner to such incidents.

SLX has a feature like this for frag grenades, but you need shoteffects.pbo for it to work. Would be cool to see in the ACE mod.
