'Silent' mode for DeRapify.

Currently you see the processing of the file in the dos window.
If it does speed up the process, it would be neat to have a 'silent' mode,
that does not show the processing.
Instead it should only create the output file.
PS: Do not mix with -os.
Silent for me means in this case not to show the processing in the dos window as stated.

new DeRapify now works silently as defualt
-oy no prompt (previously -s)
if a config.bin is detected, and an over-write asked for, it outputs config.cpp
