Increase zoom for spotting scope
Min zoom is now a fisheye view, and max zoom is less than the vector 21.
Should have a lot more powerful zoom and possibly mil markings?

the zoom level should not be variable either(for game play reason)
if you can zoom out with this thing you just have a 'zoomable binocular'
the zoom level should be constant, and should have a very narrow FoV, which makes people not to use the spotting scopes for 'spotting(scanning for/finding) targets'.
Spotting scopes are for observing bullet ballistics and impacts. Many people think wrong because of its name.

I wouldn't mind a zoomable spotting/scanning scope. I haven't heard that a spotting scope is unsuitable during scanning. Spotter is already in an undesirable position not being able to protect the team. Get out process is currently awkward but will hopefully be fixed in the future (if not already by latest patch). Zoom is not unheard of in real life:
So if a regular binocular is 5x, I wouldn't mind a spotting scope going from 10-20 or something (not sure what the above 6-100x translates to ingame). Meaning, as long as the zoom level is outside that of other visual aids, I'm happy having zoom ability on it. Makes the game a little more challenging for the spotter if he wants to use the scope for scanning purposes. Also keep in mind how you can't turn quickly enough in Arma2 when you are heavily zoomed in.
Fisheye is an obvious no no :) And it should "reach" way beyond the vector 21. Any mil scale should match up with the highest possible zoom, similar to all mil dot scopes, to retain "system compatibility" (?, everything being equal in operation).
