When I use SHIFT+F I like to change only sight but not fire rate (key F).

Wasn't there something about returning false with a CBA key handler that would disable the default action? So that if a modifier plus the key was used to call a function that returned false, the default action would be disabled. When the magic ranging was first disabled/WIP, I noticed that spacebar by itself was disabled, it wouldn't bring up the command menu, but Shift + Spacebar worked. I assume it can be done in reverse; only when the modifier is used, will the default action be disabled. I don't know if this only works for the command menu or if it will allow the custom action to still run. IIRC, it was some code Xeno posted.
