I really dislike "general addons" to remove glare when "issues with sun position" is a real tactical asset or problem. If you don't like the glare, change position or wear sunglasses to reduce the effect, but don't use an addon to remove something because it is "annoying".

As for the tactical glasses, maybe they could increase contrast a little bit within the current color post processing? Like, being coated with anti reflectance or having polarized material. Something to make it a little more unique and useful.

Basically, all these little small props should have a purpose of using, instead of being a visual thing.

Just an idea, probably quite low priority :)

Balaclava should make you harder to see in the dark, if that's even possible.
Aviator sunglasses should make enemy AI flee more readily.

I agree with you on this one Carl.

Me and a friend actually have use of the tactical glasses during certain times in ArmA, the yellow tint help somewhat when the sun is low and blinds you a little. So to me, these already have a use, even though it's very limited.

And on this note I got an idea.

Gasmasks should block out the dust-effect from choppers just like safety goggles. Or if this left like it is intentionally so you don't get "double protection" from gasmask making people choose that over safetyglasses?

Agreed with the gasmask, but in real would gas would have little effect near a running chopper? :) Gasmask has already a negative with it anyway, limiting the view somewhat, so a "double effect" wouldn't be problematic for me. If anything, stamina effects should be reached more quickly with a gasmask on. Those things are annoying as hell to work with. But not a big issue, I don't think it's a feature I'm going to use too often.

Gasmask do provide eye cover already, so they should prevent blurry view from rotor downwash. If not I dont know why and its probably a bug.

Also, gasmask do increase fatige level for stamina as well.

Haven't tried gasmask with rotorwash, so that part might already be there.

Gasmask should make your stamina drain a bit faster i believe (it's not that hard to breath in but it tend to make your breathing more laborous), or get blurry when your character is breathing heavily (fogged lenses)
