Mine object is behaving oddly

Description

The Mine, when placed in the editor, is allright, you can animate it and the mine interacts with the environment...
BUT if you place it via createVehicle, its like it has no geoLOD, odd, it wont interact with the environment till you damage/'destroy' it, then it 'pops' out of the ground if part where submerged and pushes itself and lighter things around...
I tried using setDamage 1 and then setDamage 0 in the init EH but that didnt help..

I just dont want to shoot a projectile to damage it each time i createVehicle it...

I'll check the geo lod and compare it to a BIS mine geo lod

if i createvehicle it high enough so it falls to the ground and 'crashes' into it, the mine is allright.. the drop seems to damage the model and thus 're-activated' it..
stupid.. when i dont throw the mine to the ground, or shoot it or otherwise damage it, it behaves as if it doesn has a geoLOD...
