4WVR to 8WVR convert fails on water (below 0m elevations)

Description

When you convert 4WVR wrp to 8WVR wrp, all the below 0m elevation's turn into some crazy numbers. Normal coastline is very high elevations and deep oceans turn into something like +2900m elevations.

I tested this on normal WrpTool saved 4WVR terrain. I can't actually load any 8WVR's, so the 8WVR was further more converted into PEW file which was loaded into v3 and there the below 0m elevations were crazy.

I chose the "Priority" as urgent, because I'm just about to start convert VTE 26+ terrains into PEW and this fix would allow me to use fast ConvertWRP instead of very slow Roller.

it turned out to be all elevations of the 4wvr were misinterpreted. This was a dll issue, not , convert wrp itself.

subsequent to that, convertwrp now converts ofp islands to their arma pew60 equivalent directly. Binarised, or otherwise (4WVR).

If you can hold off a bit, i am putting finishing touches on pac/paa conversion to rvmat along with revised paths from data3d (eg) to their ca equivalent (thanks largely snake to your list in the pmc forums)

fixed at latest version + a whole heap more. essentially, you can now convert ANY ofp wrp file (either format) directly to pew60 (arma)

in the specific case of ofp wrp's the exe converts textires to rvmat folder names (not the textures themselves, sadly)

and,

any 'official' object from data3d (cwc) or o\ (res) is converted to the ca\equivalent where available

Works just fine. I just completed all VTE terrains through it and I cant find any errors while viewing in Visitor 3 & Buldozer.
