Description

Squad members should be created 'offmap' so they cannot be killed while spawning. (Possibly at the player's original object location, and not the deploy zone). This could potentially prevent the 'players die upon spawning' bug.

Squad units are created at the player slot's position (offmap), and set to a position found by a locally created object (roadcone or vehicle type) to prevent collisions. Now, the units are only sent to the deploy zone once they have been synced across network and are ready for combat, preventing possible kills before a player had even spawned properly. (Kills are still possible during the player's 'deploy' cutscene however).
