Description

I did not time the effect, but do recall parachute flares burn for quite a while.

The descent part seems to be hardcoded and hence not configurable. We could make a simple retardation script that works from fired EH, waits until the flare starts descending and decreases the descent velocity in a loop.

Can somone tell how long the burn/fly in ArmA ?
And what height they reach ?

Implemented. They also drift with the wind now. MP testing is needed to see if the velocity updates are propagated properly to non-local players.
