Random spawning by default within zone

Description

This already happens when killed shortly after spawning. Change from spawning at pole to random spawn points within the flag zone, none at the pole itself (ty Ed)

Is that really useful now with spawn shield working?

It only confuses ppl, adds somewhat unfair random element for either spawned
or guy attacked by spawned.

Even more spawn shield makes it harder now to overtook a zone.
If you get ppl spawn in the outer perimeter it will get even
harder.

That´s a good question. I still like that feature but i set the random spawn range down to 30m from 100m on our server, because on some maps in the mappack people spawn outside the perimeter or in a nearby lake and at this point the feature becomes a bug. I guess i can live without it know, at least disabled by default but having and keeping it as an option would be also nice.

Now we have working spawn armour, I think we should reduce the radius of random spawn, yes.
