Some players will teleport (disconnect - connect to another server - move - disconnect - connect to original server) to gain an upper hand in combat. It would be nice if a mechanism was put in place to prevent this.

One suggested way to do this that would catch a few things...
on player connect: if last server is not current server AND they were on last server for a very short time AND the server previous to the last is same as current server punish player for teleporting or loot stashing on another server
This works under the premise that there really is no reason for them to switch server for a short amount of time just to switch back. This would indicate that the player is teleporting or taking loot from one server and stashing it in their tent in the same location but on a different server.
