1.7.0 Playerbody still too aggressive
There still seems to be an issue with playerbody cleanup.
The bodies disappear in a varying timeframe ranging from instant up to the designed time.
But it's mostly way too quick.

The current system is no longer time based.
A bug in the 1.7.0 code was causing it to delete everything when it got around to cleaning up. This is fixed in the next server-side update.
