Description

I tried to get the EASA module to work in mission editor, I checked several forums to find a way to use it. Apparently it need specific scripts (something about hangar...etc) that is really confusing.

What I would suggest is a simplified version of the EASA system : just add a maintenance vehicle "EASA vehicle" in BLUFOR and OPFOR vehicle lists with the ready-to-use EASA function.

As easy as reading the notes on the wiki link you posted :S

Just place the module anywhere, put this on the init:

this setVariable[""NoHangar"", true];

Profit... you will have a "EASA vehicle"... just put the plane close to it, go near it("EASA vehicle") and open the loadout selection with the mousewhell option.

This is just one posibility... just read the notes on the wiki for full info

ok, i finally got it to work. however a ready-to-use easa vehicle in the vehicle list would be helpful by avoiding script command line manipulations.

Glad you got it to work. Please share the knowledge where you see fit, so others can benefit from it in the future.

Re: Prefab EASA vehicles is not and will not be planned. The EASA system is still some sort of Proof of Concept (which actually works one way or another) and never was intended to be super fully functional, therefore I have no interest in wasting more time on it for ArmaOA or A3
