cutRsc engine limitation. We can't move the reticle overlay resource behind the menus, etc.

We'd use weaponInfoType entry in CfgWeapons stuff to harness the optics in compatible weapon classes, launch our control script (instead of current PFH loop) and make it appear only in optics mode (IDC 151 IIRC). Sys_Reticles rscs should inherit from default OA RscInGameUI classes.

That will take forever. Mostly because I am quite busy ATM and conversion from RscTitles to RscInGameUI is quite tricky.
