respawn_west failsafe and Set Spawn on HQ not working

1. If no markers respawn_%faction% is present but only a respawn_west marker, it still deploys you at [0,0,0].
Some missions depend only on respawn_west marker (like Chernarus MSO).

2. "Set spawn" on HQ at base is giving an "MHQstate is NULL"-error (after the scriptpath was changed already)!

1. Not sure why this is happening, I removed the [0,0,0] initialisation of the respawnpoint so this shouldn't happen, I'll look into it.
2. You need to set this variable for HQ buildings placed in the editor, its detailed in the README.txt

" You can also add ‘Set Spawn’ by putting the following in the Init line:

Added a failsafe so that myRespawnPoint = respawn_%side% if no faction marker exists.
