Enemy camps should have searchlights and sirens to help defend against BLUFOR.

On the other hand making enemies using Searchlights and Sirens can(and will) benefit
BLUFOR to trace/find the camps.

Sirens would be to alert nearby units.

Camps already have searchlights in some cases - these are only turned on at night time. Knowing where camps are and successfully attacking them are two different things...

So searchlights don't exist in A3 today.

"Land_LampHalogen_F"

is a tall 4x spotlight for lighting up bases

"Land_Portablelight_Single_F" or "Land_Portablelight_Double_F"

for smaller portable lamps.

neither can be manned by AI though.

sirens.... hmmm do we want detection in enemy camps?
