IMPROVEMENT: Side Mission Time Spread

Side mission spread out rather than one after another - more of a wait time to extend the gamplay.

Oftimes, these missions come so fast the who mission thing is done in 30 min and the devolution into tvt/base building begins.

Spreading missions with a random (5)+5 min time means that it will be a fairly paced session. Add 30 or so dynamic so that a similar but not the same mission happens every three hours, and it could be 'Wasteland Life'.

On the short term, maybe just spread the mission out, and randomize them.
