makepbo does not support UNC names (example \\trinity\public instead of Z:\Public).

fixed at release 2.19 of the dll.

however, note that unc is unusable for config.cpp's that use #include "\hard\path\addressing"

this, because a subst p: drive is required to emulate engine behaviour

'\\trinity\PublicDownloads'
CMD.EXE was started with the above path as the current directory.
UNC paths are not supported. Defaulting to Windows directory.
