Description

When KE rounds hit hard targets they make a bright flash, as seen in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gdWrUX9PwRc

The current API effect on 12.7mm rounds in ACE would do nicely, if added to tank shells.

In your link the flash seems even brighter than the HIND API round effect, making a big brief spark.

Yeah, ideally they would have a dedicated effect. But ACE is technically finished, so I would be more than satisfied by the quicker fix.
