Make "sprint" run mode available when player has binoculars in hands

Description

Currently when you switch to binoculars you only has the ability to run in "moderate" mode, the "sprint" mode is impossible.

The player should be able to sprint with his binoculars the same way than with his main rifle.

In addition, there seems to be switched speeds for running with binoculars.
When running with binoculars your running speed is way slower then as if you were crouch-walking with binoculars.
Also the "running" animations seem to be missing, currently there is only "walk" with binocular when standing, while compared to crouched, it is as fast as running.
