Make some ETA indication for treating with medpack
Please, a progressbar like for injections, or countdown... A disappearing hint is not really enough.

Maybe we could add variation of treating time display depending on skill and trained medic ability.
It could be made by rounding up initial time to 15 seconds for non-trained personnel and 5 for trained medics at beginning of countdown. If we reach negative values, we can simlpy write something like "Tying bandages up".

Can somebody tell how can a player unit be upgraded in skill and get more trained medic ability? I mean, is it already implemented? If yes, then what scrit commands shall I use to give my medics higher skill?
