Description

Please introduce the Object View Distance Slider like it is present in the Take on Helicopters Preview. It would really add a lot to the game.

Provided it will be forced by the server in MP

I think Object Distance is connected directly to View Distance in MP/server, so this wouldn't be an issue.

Kinda a duplicate of #20189 and #5274.

It's more like the other two requests are dupes of eachother, but none of it ask directly for a slider. Both wish to enhance the view LoD model somehow, rather than only to yank up OD.

Yes,i think it's very annoying that objects disappear when they are far,i really hate shooting squares when i target something actually i 'd like to see it first.

This would make long range Tank battles possible

Also,there will be a performance hit i suppose ...

If there is a slider, you can choose how hard the performance impact will be.
You can even keep the default value
