Description

AI teams will sometimes attampt to take a town which is not a territorial town (doesn't have the orange circle on it).
This leads to Problems if your playing a coop style mission and one side is AI only.
The AI get stuck at one town they cannot take for the rest of the game.

Forgot to mention 0.070 Arma2 vanilla version.

This is actually meant for players as it is in 070. AI subroutine is meant for 071.

AI will now behave in function of the available towns for capture. Player task system is updated too.
