Description

A bug still present since Arma1 iirc.
After I fumbled with all kinds of addons, patches, weapons and player to target distances, it all seems to comes down to something like missing event handling while animations are played.
Still a bit courious why the unit HAS to be in "SAFE" mode. Maybe different animations/init used under the hood ?

how to repro, using the attached mission :
- Aim for a lethal units portion (head, neck) to get sure for a one hit kill
- Wait for some kind of (often subtle) animation - the longer the animation takes, the longer the effect will be noticable
- as soon as the animation starts, shoot
- observe the 'alive' state in the hint window

I disagree this is a dupe. This time it is a specific case of Safe idle animations, with quite a clear repro.

But then, yes, this is a dupe of #12665

If someone will provide a list of uninterruptible animations in #1684, this one is no longer necessary.
