Game version?

Can you reproduce it in a small mission?

Repro steps?

Please supply all of this, or the ticket is worth nothing. I suggest you first discuss this in BIF in the User missions -> Warfare BE thread.

Here's 2 small missions with a BTR90 and a lot of ennemies near it,what i found out is that the BTR90 needs allies near it to engage targets

The problems seems to me the fact the BTR is looking forward only, and is not scanning any other direction. Once you turn the BTR to face east, it opens fire immediately. The same can be seen with most armored vehicles.

What you describe in the initial description seems like a different problem, which is not reproduced here.

I think it's question of awareness,because the BTR90 can't even open fire.

have you tried that mission i posted ? if it works fine for you then the problm concerns only me because some other players seem not having this what i call bug.

Yes, I did try it in your mission. If I run the mission as it is, the BTR cannot see the targets, and therefore does not fire on them. When I turn the BTR in the editor to face a different direction, so that it faces the targets, it opens fire immediately once I start the mission.
