Description

Old connect process: In a 60 player server, a client would send 10 UID sync requests (string) per client to the server (600 requests). 600 strings were then sent back to the clients from the server (1200 total). This caused 5 seconds of lag in the beginning of the mission.

New connect process: In a 60 player server, a client sends 1 UID sync requests (string) per client to the server (60 requests). 60 strings are then sent back to the clients from the server (120 total). These strings are sent with a random 5 sleep for an even distribution.
