M651 CN does not work

Description

1. 'M651 CN' does not work. It works like smoke grenade now. (launched by m203)

2. CN gas effects(M7A3 CN, M651 CN) too weak especially to the player when they playing pvp. This is just my individual opinion but according to my experience, CS gas was nearly dragged me to the hell. My sight was fully blurred because of my tear like torrent. Aiming target? It's really impossible. But until now in ACE mod, it's easy to aim target through occasionally flashing and coughing sound.

Maybe a different effect on different infantry units would be nice. Like stamina, where special forces soldiers have a higher stamina than regular grunts. Marine FORECON has the Death March during BRC for instance. Thus during combat, they still should be able to walk and interact to a certain degree.

Some special forces operators should probably have a higher degree of immunity against CS gas, whilst grunts should easier be made combat ineffective with CS gas.

Totally disagree
Keeping it on the same level is absolutely realistic; Special Forces get the same kind of human than the rest of the Army.

Special Forces "operators" also like the benefits modern ABC-masks provide; they use them as well

Of course, I did.

The video shows a bunch of soldiers getting exposed to CS-gas.
What makes you think a "normal" soldier is not able to do the same?
Where is the difference out of your perspective???

Maybe he is talking about threshhold comparisons? But this ticket is right, it needs fixed. It used to work - I tested both variants, the Russian one too and yeah it doesn't work.

M203 & GP25 CS grenades don't work because they missing "ACE">>"ACE_GAS">>"range" and "ACE">>"ACE_GAS">>"ingestiontime" parameters in config.cpp.
And overall gas effects are too weak. I tried to modify _ace_sys_gas/fnc_fx.sqf to make it a little more hardcore with this lines:
