About +- 5 degrees, which makes this vehicle almost useless

You checked the configs?

Elevation is

minElev = -10;
maxElev = 14;

Must be -10 to +18. Also gun must be stabilized in vertical flat, with coaxial 7.62 mm mgun and ammo load 12,7 mm must be changed to 400 rounds. Also, crew of this vehicle is 3 men

Are you sure you are talking about the ACE MGS Stryker ?
Or are you talking about the BIS MGS Stryker ?

Ours has a crew of 3.

And even more, this is the config:

I'M TALKING ABOUT BIS DESERT, AS I WROTE IN TICKET HEADER, STRYKER MGS, WHICH HAS -+ 1(!!!) ELEVATION DEGREE WITH ACE CONFIGS

Ah, lol, I've somehow read over desert.

Well, they are disabled by ACE in the editor for a reason. Buggy models.
I can't remember anymore but I think there was a reason for those min and maxElev values.

Problem is that they're used in Benny warfare. And if their models are bugged, don't you have possibility to use your models with BIS textures? Your models have the same dimensions. Also, which bugs exactly are you talking about?

hi,

I posted a similar request concerning bugs occuring with BIS Stryker in desert camo (ATGM version)

Xeno simply marked it as a BIS limitation and closed the ticket.

the MGS bug task is now assigned to rocko, so if you can adapt the ACE woodland MGS to desert version, could you also do the same thing concerning the ATGM version ?.

it would fix my former bug report.

The texture isn't a perfect match on the TOW Stryker IIRC, so it's more complicated. It might be fixable, but not on the timetable atm.

concerning the Stryker MGS i'm asking myself if the desert versions is really used by US forces, all infos i can find on the web exclusively show woodland (dark green) version.

this color is currently also used for desert environment (afghanistan). so should ACE stick with this one color, or also include a desert variant that might not be used IRL ?
