Currently we have no way to determine when "Receiving..." at mission start or when a player JIPs into a mission in MP ends.
The player might still see a black screen with "Receiving..." but camera scripts and/or resources are already running.
Display 46 is not null anymore during that time, triggers are checking conditions already and so on. So no way for us to tell when it's gone.
Add an onReceivingEnded event which triggers as soon as "Receiving..." ends.
This would make it possible to start things like intro camera/scripts/resources exactly in the right moment.
