I played a co-op mission the other day that featured a civilian death counter where players were tasked not to exceed X amount of civilian casualties.

I was wondering if something similar to this could be implemented to help control any potentially disruptive players or to even add further realism to the MSO scenario. Perhaps even have the kill counter linked to a players number of "spawns" so that players who continually kill civilians end up losing a respawn ticket for exceeding X number of civie deaths?

Would make players think twice about squeezing the trigger on the tiny moving object off in the distance...
