Description

Currently friendly towns are green and resistance towns are blue. This is counter-intuitive as unit icons shown on the map and NATO symbols in high commander mode show resistance units as green and BLUFOR as blue. Consistent colours would be more intuitive for players, especially new players.

I propose adding a parameter to adjust the colours as follows:

CAPTURED/RESISTANCE/ENEMY/LEADER_MARKER
Green/Blue/Red/Blue (Current behaviour)
Blue/Green/Red/Blue (Simple adjustment, and probably most intuitive)
NATO-Style (BLUFOR/RESISTANCE/OPFOR team markers and cities are always Blue/Green/Red for all players, regardless of team)

Additionally, towns with unknown allegiance could be displayed as black just like vanilla Warfare/CTI included with A2/OA.
