Lib only works in the root folder

Description

I use to group my mods in subfolders like ....Arma2\@ACE\cba; ....Arma2\@ACE\acex; having all Ace parts in the same folder.
I think one of the paths in Jay2lib is not relative, ACRE wont start properly if I move jay2lib in such subfolder.

Not at all. I keep most of the addons in the folder @, and even in some of its subfolders, otherwise in the folder of the game would be a terrible scrap-heap. About how it looks:
