Description

IFAK give you 6 extra slots for secondary ammo, however if you add more than 8 items during init the excess will be deleted. This prevents using all IFAK slots + secondary slots without extra scripting

The idea would be to have a function like 'addIfakkContents'.
Before briefing this will add it directly to the ifakk variable on the units.
After briefing this will add the magazines directly to the unit's magazines, unless perhaps the gear dialog is open at that time.

This IFAK API add function will supercede the addMagazine method in order to avoid the excess magazines removed after briefing behavior.

The adding of IFAK items in ACE by default will be moved up from mission start to init/briefing, so that counts can be displayed at that time.

The function will add IFAK items in addition to the ones added by default unless you specify an optional parameter to clear previous counts.

If you add more than is allowed in the IFAK holder, they will be added to the regular magazine slots. It is recommended you add all other magazines before using the IFAK add function, so that it can try to avoid excess magazines.

I will try to write a checking function (in the event that addMagazine was used) that prefers regular magazines over IFAK items when excess magazines are encountered (and IFAK slots are already full), but I am not sure if I can schedule it to run at the proper time (after mission init and gear has time to populate but before BIS removes excess).
