"Gear" limits to vehicles

Description

Right now when we press gear on vehicle, we can load in as much stuff as we want, and thats not realistic, so my suggestion is to make limits of stuff that we can put in a vehicle.

I can't load as much stuff inside without it pouring out. Would be a good idea to add a number limit so you know how much more you can fit inside the vehicle then. Say 15/20 slots full, once you go over 20 it starts pouring out.

The problem with limits on weaps/magazines transport is that once such space is full, ammo / weapons will appear outside of the weaponholder, and unless the vanilla bug has been fixed; all magazines/weapons that come out are multiplied times the amount of players in the server.
This has caused lots of issues, desync etc, hence the limits are set so high.

There are perhaps some possibilities with scripting, esp since there are several new scripting functions that allow the enumuration of these transport spaces.
Perhaps a simple workaround would be to set the fuel of a vehicle to 0 and lock it, when there is too much gear in the transport spaces.

However the question is if such efforts would be worth it, vs e.g self discipline and 'server rules'.
