A autobalance system for MP missions (or server? both?) that you could configure (how "tight" system it would be for example, always try to maintain 50 / 50 balance, or allow the other side to have +2, +3 players etc).

This was already in for OFP:E I think.

It should be configurable in the server.cfg for all missions
and per mission in the mission cycle.

That said there is a soft autobalance system already in,
as it assigns new players to the side with less players.

A "hard (configurable) autobalance" is a very basic feature of EVERY modern FPS game that is played online in public servers. I dont see why this shouldnt be an option for Arma also.
