Description

The title and screenshots are pretty self-descriptive. Postprocessing must be at least on low for rain to be visible.

Ah, i was going to report this...

I disable PP because for some reason it makes my eyes feel funny... i noticed i could not get any rain with it disabled.

Heh, I found this on the release date but for unknown reason I thought it was supposed to be like that. :D

while this was intended as PP disables all PP effects ...
it's sort of wrong so since b72075 there will be rain pp even with pp off
