Description

Would be nice to have a feature to disallow ACE spectating for certain units for various reasons (such as units hidden off the map for use later etc etc).

Something in the unit's init that the mission maker could define such as
this allowACEspectate = false or something of that sort.

~ Added: ace_sys_spectator_exclude object variable; Set on units that you don't want to be able to see in spectator (needs to be set on all machines). fixes #11051

~ Added: ace_sys_spectator_CheckCaptive global variable; Set to true to exclude captive units from spectator (needs to be set on all machines). refs #11051
