Description

If you click to Compare repository, uncheck the "Clear output folder on build" checkbox. It is cause a big problem if you want to build only compare repository and you leave it checked.

Euhm this feature is exactly there for people that upload the differential (compared) repository to a remote server.
So disabling it when comparing does not make sence at all.
If you keep forgetting to disable it you can do 2 things:
-Change your output folder to a different folder, copy over the contents of that folder to the final repo folder.
-Use the commandline builder where you can set it in the config file.

It is possible only build repository with commandline? We had the web server and arma 2 server in the same machine, so we didnt upload files via ftp. We just simple build repository to the webpage directory.

Another suggestion for this: Save checkbox status wehen Addonsync closing, and load status when started.

There is a commandline repository builder included with the tool.
Check the tool's folder there are also some sample xml files included...
