Initialize ace bi artillery pieces without module
Something that's missing from the BI artillery system is a way to use artillery pieces that have been created via scripting.
So if possible; some way to use the arty system (manual artillery targeting and/or ability to use with the new artillery request dialogue) on spawned artillery pieces.
I believe I mentioned this in passing to xeno, but I can't remember what he said.
