Description

-Incorporate force percentage into calculation (<20% by default causes a retreat/loss)
-Display warnings when a team is in danger of losing (losing last connected sector, low force precentage)
-Allow for custom victory conditions for each map and side defined in dCommonScenario

-Side specific warnings show up via text and hint when a team is in danger of losing the last sector or losing due to low force strength (and also when they have dropped below the force strength threshold, and when they lose the last sector).
-Side loses when force strength drops below a critical value (equal to is ok)
