Description

When I start my mission, my character speaks with zero distance and random voice. This is due to a short intro (Domination like). Maybe a time check should be added, so that no voices etc was being played until about a minute or so have passed.

ArmA2 command, clone of say but this won't make said phrases appear in cutscenes.
